Recently, the editors at FoundRead, which is part of the widely read GigaOm blog network, asked me to expand on my ideas concerning the use of free, or low-cost, services in running a Web-based business. It's my experience that popularity on del.icio.us is generally a pretty good indicator what the Web community considers interesting.
